Universitas Bung Hatta Earns “Good” Rating in SIMKATMAWA 2025 Assessment
Universitas Bung Hatta has once again demonstrated its commitment to strengthening student affairs governance by earning a “Good” rating in the 2025 SIMKATMAWA (Student Performance and Governance Information System) assessment. The result was officially announced by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, on November 17, 2025.
The evaluation was based on a comprehensive review of the university’s 2024 student performance documents. Three main components were assessed: student affairs institutional governance, independent student activities including achievements and non-competition recognitions, and programs organized by the Directorate of Belmawa. These indicators measure the overall quality of student development management across higher education institutions in Indonesia.
In the academic university category, institutions were grouped into two clusters based on the number of active students in 2024. Universitas Bung Hatta successfully met the established standards and secured the “Good” predicate within its cluster.
This achievement contributes to the advancement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 and SDG 17.
The recognition reinforces Universitas Bung Hatta’s strategic commitment to building a high-quality, competitive, and well-governed student ecosystem. The university continues to strengthen its institutional capacity to ensure sustainable student achievements at both national and international levels.
