The Vibrant Student Creativity Week at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Bung Hatta

The 2025 cohort of students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas Bung Hatta, officially began their academic journey through the Student Creativity Week (Pekan Kreativitas Mahasiswa/PKM), held at the Proklamator II Campus Courtyard, Bypass Aia Pacah, Padang, on Friday, October 3, 2025.

The event was led by Dra. Zulfa Amrina, Vice Dean of FKIP, on behalf of the Dean of FKIP Universitas Bung Hatta, and attended by heads of study programs as well as lecturers from various departments within the faculty.

New students enthusiastically participated in the series of activities. They joined in morning exercises with faculty leaders, lecturers, and administrative staff, creating a warm and inclusive academic atmosphere from the very first day.

Afterward, students were given the opportunity to explore their interests and talents through various creative fields, including art performances (dance and vocal), sports (soccer, badminton, pencak silat, and volleyball), digital innovation, and language development activities such as master of ceremony training.

Through this program, FKIP Universitas Bung Hatta reaffirms its commitment to nurturing graduates who are not only academically excellent but also talented, creative, and ready to contribute to the fields of education and society. The Student Creativity Week serves as an essential foundation for building character, teamwork, and a strong sense of community within the academic environment of FKIP.
