The Faculty of Economics and Business Management Student Association (HMPS) of Bung Hatta University Holds the 2025 Business Plan Competition
The Management Student Association (HMPS Manajemen) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bung Hatta University, once again held the 2025 Business Plan Competition as part of the Reasoning Division's work program. This competition provides an opportunity for students, university students, and the general public to demonstrate their ability to design creative, innovative, and potentially practical business plans.
The Business Plan Competition is a non-academic competition focused on developing comprehensive business plans. Participants are challenged to present value-added business ideas, complemented by market analysis, marketing strategies, cost and revenue management, and business sustainability. Through this competition, participants are expected to apply management theory to the practical formulation of strategic business models.
The event was chaired by Dimas Adrian, a member of the HMPS Manajemen Reasoning Division. In his presentation, he emphasized that this competition is not just a competition but also a learning and soft skills development platform for the younger generation.
"The main goal of the 2025 Business Plan Competition is to provide students and other participants with the opportunity to apply management concepts to create unique and solution-oriented business ideas. Furthermore, this event encourages participants to be more creative in designing relevant and competitive business strategies," he said.
Through this activity, the Management Student Association (HMPS) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Bung Hatta University demonstrates its commitment to supporting the development of young entrepreneurs who are competitive and adaptable to current developments. It is hoped that the business ideas generated from this competition can be further developed into real businesses that provide social and economic benefits to the community.
