The Constitutional Law Section held a Field Lecture by Visiting 4 Institutions and 2 Campuses in Jakarta

The Constitutional Law Department of the Bung Hatta University Faculty of Law conducted a field trip for 25 students of the Constitutional Law Specialization Program. They visited four institutions and two universities in Jakarta from November 27 to December 1, 2024.

This field trip was led by the Dean of the Bung Hatta University Faculty of Law, Dr. Sanidjar Pebrihariati R., S.H., M.H and is an annual event organized by the Constitutional Law Department.

The group departed from Padang for Jakarta by air on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. The following day, Thursday, November 28, 2024, the trip began with visits to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia (MK RI), the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, and the DPN Peradi Office led by Prof. Otto.

Next, on Friday, November 29, 2024 the Dean and Constitutional Law students continued their activities by visiting the Corruption Eradication Commission of the Republic of Indonesia (KPK RI), the Faculty of Law at Pancasila University, and the Faculty of Law at Pakuan University in Bogor.

In addition to participating in a field study at the Faculty of Law at Pakuan University, a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was also signed between the Faculty of Law at Bung Hatta University and the Faculty of Law at Pakuan University, Bogor. A key aspect of this collaboration is a shared commitment to carrying out activities that support the Tri Dharma of Higher Education encompassing education, research, and community service.
