The Chancellor of Bung Hatta University Welcomes a Visit from the Islamic Indonesia University

On her first day in office, the Rector of Universitas Bung Hatta, Prof. Dr. Diana Kartika received a visit from the Islamic Indonesia University (UII) team. The visit aimed to strengthen relations and discuss the follow-up and implementation of previously agreed collaborations between the two universities. Additionally, the meeting included an information session on the Doctoral Program in Management Science.

The group from the Islamic Indonesia University consisted of Arif Hartono, S.E., M.Ec., Ph.D., Dra. Siti Nursyamsiah, S.E., M.M., Prof. Dr. Muafi, S.E., M.Si., and Drs. Anas Hidayat, M.B.A., Ph.D. They were welcomed directly by the Rector of Bung Hatta University along with the university leadership namely Vice Rector I for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Hendra Suherman, S.T., M.T., Vice Rector II for General Affairs and Finance Prof. Dr. Elfiondri, S.S., M.Hum., Vice Rector III for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation Dr. Hidayat, S.T., M.T., IPM, and Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Dr. Erni Febrina Harahap, S.E., M.Si., along with the structural staff of FEB and Head of Cooperation Division of UBH Temmy Thamrin, S.S., M.Hum., Ph.D.

The meeting addressed various aspects of implementing and strengthening collaboration between the two universities, particularly in human resource development, research, and other academic activities. On this occasion, the Rector of Universitas Bung Hatta emphasized that synergy and collaboration among universities are essential for advancing human resource development, improving educational quality, and producing highly qualified and competitive graduates.
