PJKR Study Program of FKIP Bung Hatta University Establishes Collaboration with PKO of Bhayangkara University Jakarta

The Physical Education, Health, and Recreation (PJKR) Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Bung Hatta University, has officially established a collaboration with the Physical Education and Sports (PKO) Study Program of Bhayangkara University Jakarta (UBJ) through the Independent Lecturer and Student Exchange Program. This collaboration is part of the implementation of the 2024 Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum, designed to provide real learning experiences while enriching students’ academic and professional competencies.

The exchange program takes place during the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, focusing on the exchange of knowledge, culture, and educational innovations that reflect the uniqueness of each study program. The theme, “Exchange for a While, Meaningful Forever,” represents a long-term commitment to building academic relationships and strategic partnerships between the two institutions.

The collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony attended by representatives from both institutions, including Dra. Zulfa Amrina, M.Pd, Vice Dean of FKIP UBH, and Ali Mardius, M.Pd., Head of the PJKR Study Program. This partnership not only benefits the participating students and lecturers but also serves as a significant step in strengthening national networks in the field of sports and health education.

The lecturer and student exchange initiative is expected to open opportunities for synergy in research, community service (PKM), and the development of a more inclusive, experience-based curriculum (experiential learning). Through this collaboration, Bung Hatta University once again demonstrates its commitment to realizing a higher education transformation that is flexible, innovative, and responsive to the needs of the times.
