FKIP Bung Hatta University Holds Refresher Training for Prospective UKPPPG Examiners 2025

The Teacher Professional Education (PPG) Program Management of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Bung Hatta University held a “Refresher Training for Prospective Examiners of the 2025 UKPPPG for Specific Teacher Programs” at ZHM Premier Padang, on July 16, 2025.

The Dean of FKIP and Coordinator of the PPG Program, Dr. Yetty Morelent, M.Hum., emphasized that the primary goal of this activity is to align perceptions and evaluation standards among all examiners — including both lecturers and supervising teachers — to ensure fairness and consistency in the assessment process.

In her presentation, Dr. Yetty also outlined the number of participants in the 2025 Specific Teacher PPG Program, consisting of 47 students from the Civic Education (PPKn) Program, 90 from Indonesian Language and Literature Education, 90 from Mathematics Education, 90 from English Education, and 300 from the Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Program — bringing the total number of participants to 617.

The event was officially opened by the Rector of Bung Hatta University, represented by Vice Rector I, Prof. Dr. Pasymi, S.T., M.T. In his remarks, he expressed appreciation for FKIP’s achievement in securing the largest national quota for the 2025 Specific Teacher Program, with a total of 617 participants.

“We hope that all examiners will carry out their duties with full dedication and adhere to the regulations set by the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel (GTK), ensuring that the assessment results remain objective, accurate, and professional,” he stated.
