Bung Hatta University's Master of Management Study Program Holds Guest Lecture with University MAIWP International Malaysia

Padang, September 24, 2025 — The Master of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Bung Hatta University, held a guest lecture on the theme "Data Analyst," in collaboration with University MAIWP International Malaysia. The event was held online via Zoom Meeting and was attended by lecturers and students from both institutions.

Associate Professor Sefnedi, S.E., M.M., served as the keynote speaker. He comprehensively discussed the application of data analysis in management, including the importance of data processing skills as a basis for strategic decision-making in the digital age.

Participants gained an understanding of the concepts, techniques, and applications of data analysis, using case studies relevant to current industry developments. Their enthusiasm was evident in the active interaction during the discussion and Q&A sessions.

This collaboration is a strategic step toward expanding the international academic network, particularly in supporting the competency development of Master of Management students at Bung Hatta University so they can compete globally.

Through this event, it is hoped that the collaboration between Bung Hatta University and University MAIWP International Malaysia will continue to grow through joint research, academic exchanges, and other competency development programs.
