BTN Distributes KIP Kuliah Savings Books to Universitas Bung Hatta Students

Bank BTN officially handed over the Savings Books and ATM Cards for the Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Kuliah program to 2025 cohort students of Universitas Bung Hatta. The ceremony took place at Balairung Caraka Hall, Campus 1, and was attended by scholarship recipients, the Student Affairs Office, and representatives from BTN Padang Branch on Thursday, 22 January 2026. This initiative contributes directly to SDG 4 (Quality Education) by expanding access to higher education for eligible students.

Head of Student Affairs at Universitas Bung Hatta, Dr. Henry Nasution, S.T., M.T., congratulated the recipients and emphasized that the KIP Kuliah program reflects the government’s commitment to supporting talented students in completing their studies. He encouraged students to use the scholarship funds wisely and remain focused on graduating on time.

The event continued with the symbolic distribution of savings books and ATM cards to eligible students. Those unable to attend the ceremony were informed that they could collect their documents directly at the BTN Office on Rasuna Said Street, Padang.

Through this collaboration, Universitas Bung Hatta and Bank BTN reaffirm their shared commitment to strengthening educational inclusion and student welfare. The program also aligns with broader efforts to ensure equal opportunities in higher education and sustainable human capital development.
