As a Show of Concern for Education, the Faculty of Economics and Business Provides Tuition Assistance to Students

The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of Bung Hatta University (Bung Hatta University) has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting the sustainability of student education. The Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dr. Erni Febrina Harahap, S.E.,M.Sc, accompanied by Purbo Jatmiko, S.E.,M.Sc, Siti Rahmi, S.E., M.Acc., and Novia Rahmawati, S.E.,M.Sc, as the Badoncek Program Coordinator, presented tuition assistance to five FEB students. The event took place in the FEB Dean's Room, Campus II of Bung Hatta University, Jl. Bagindo Azis Chan, ByPass Aia Pacah, on Friday (July 12, 2024).

Dr. Erni Febrina Harahap explained that this tuition assistance demonstrates the FEB academic community's concern and commitment to students who need support in their studies. The assistance came from donations collected through the Badoncek program by lecturers and educational staff within the faculty.

The five student recipients came from each of the study programs within the Faculty of Economics and Business: Management, Accounting, and Development Economics. The recipients were selected based on criteria and conditions agreed upon by all donors to ensure the aid was appropriately targeted.

"This initiative is very positive and is expected to provide tangible support in increasing student enthusiasm for learning and strengthening the faculty's role in improving the quality of education," said Dr. Erni. Through this activity, the Faculty of Economics and Business hopes that this assistance will ease students' burden and motivate them to continue to excel.
