The Development Economics Student Association (HMJ) Holds a Community Service Event at the Putri Bungsu Orphanage in Padang

To increase social awareness and foster empathy for others, the Development Economics Student Association (HMJ) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bung Hatta University, held a community service event for the 2023/2024 term at the Putri Bungsu Orphanage in Padang on Friday, March 29, 2024.

The event included distributing basic necessities, cash, suitable clothing, and useful reading books to the children at the orphanage. Students also held a friendly gathering and shared motivational sessions with the orphans, aiming to foster a spirit of learning so that they can become a useful generation for their families, communities, nations, and religion.

The Head of the Development Economics Study Program and the HMJ expressed their appreciation to all parties who participated in and supported this event. They hope that this community service activity will continue to be implemented sustainably and bring blessings to the donors and all parties involved.
