Reni Yuliviona, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D. Become a jury for the International Innovation Green Prototype 2025

Reni Yuliviona, S.E.,M.Sc.,Ph.D., a lecturer in the Master of Science in Management Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Bung Hatta University, was appointed as one of the judges for the International Innovation Green Prototype 2025 competition. The event was held by the Faculty of Management, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) on June 17, 2025, at the Student Union Building (SUB), UTM, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

The competition attracted 17 student teams from various countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Oman, and China. Participants were challenged to design innovative prototypes that utilize recycled materials and environmentally friendly solutions. This competition is part of a global effort to encourage the development of sustainable ideas and raise awareness of environmental issues and the green economy.

As a judge, Reni not only represented Bung Hatta University and Indonesia but also evaluated participants' work on innovation, usefulness, creativity, and environmental sustainability. This event serves as an important platform for exchanging ideas and for international collaboration in the development of green innovation.

"I saw extraordinary enthusiasm from the participants. They not only displayed creativity but also courage in providing solutions to environmental issues such as plastic waste, waste management, and alternative energy," said Reni.

On the same occasion, students in the Master of Science in Management Program at Bung Hatta University also participated in the competition and won third place, a source of pride for the Faculty of Economics and Business on the international stage.

The involvement of faculty and students in this activity demonstrates Bung Hatta University's commitment to supporting innovation, international research, and actively contributing to sustainable development at the global level.
