PT Hutama Karya Supports Civil Engineering Laboratory at Universitas Bung Hatta

PT Hutama Karya (Persero) handed over laboratory equipment to the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning (FTSP), Universitas Bung Hatta, on December 22, 2025, at Campus 1 Ulak Karang. The equipment was officially delivered by Corporate Secretary Analyst Nur Intan Savitri B to the Dean of FTSP, Dr. Rini Mulyani, S.T., M.Sc.

The assistance includes one set of Total Station RQS, four sets of Square Pan 25–65x7.5 cm, one set of Beam Mold, and one set of Cylinder Mold. The equipment has been placed in the Material and Structural Engineering Laboratory to enhance practical learning and research activities.

The handover ceremony was witnessed by the Rector of Universitas Bung Hatta, Prof. Dr. Diana Kartika, accompanied by Vice Rector III Dr. Zulherman, S.T., M.Sc., Dean Dr. Rini Mulyani, S.T., M.Sc., faculty members, and administrative staff of FTSP. The Rector expressed appreciation for the collaboration, emphasizing the importance of industry–academia partnerships in strengthening educational quality.

This program contributes to the achievement of SDG 4 (Quality Education) by improving access to modern learning facilities, and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) through support for engineering capacity building. It also reflects SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by fostering sustainable collaboration between higher education and industry.
