Inkubator Bisnis Proklamator and KADIN West Sumatra Strengthen Entrepreneurship Collaboration at Universitas Bung Hatta

Inkubator Bisnis Proklamator has implemented a strategic partnership with the West Sumatra Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) to strengthen the campus business ecosystem and foster young entrepreneurs.

The initiative took place at the Bung Hatta Convention Hall, Proklamator Campus I, on 29 October 2025, alongside the launch of the Inkubator Bisnis Proklamator of Universitas Bung Hatta.

The collaboration supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

The event was attended by the Chair of KADIN West Sumatra, the Chair of the Bung Hatta Education Foundation Board, the Vice Rector III of Universitas Bung Hatta, deans and vice deans, entrepreneurship lecturers, and the Proklamator Business Incubator team.

This partnership is designed to bridge academia with the business and industrial sectors through strategic programs, including business management training, entrepreneurship development, enterprise mentoring, and facilitation of market networks and investment access for students and incubator tenants.

Through this synergy, Universitas Bung Hatta and KADIN West Sumatra reaffirm their commitment to producing competitive, innovation-driven young entrepreneurs while contributing to regional economic growth and sustainable development.
