UII Visit to Universitas Bung Hatta on the New Rector's First Day in Office

On the first day of Prof. Dr. Diana Kartika's tenure as the new Rector of Universitas Bung Hatta (UBH), she immediately received a courtesy visit from a team from Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII). The visit aimed to strengthen and discuss the implementation of the cooperation that had previously been agreed upon by the leadership of the two universities, including the agenda for an info session on the Doctoral Program in Management Science.

The delegation from Universitas Islam Indonesia, consisting of Arif Hartono, SE, M.Ec, Ph.D, Dra. Siti Nursyamsiah, SE. MM, Prof. Dr. Muafi, SE. MS, and Drs. Anas Hidayat, MBA, Ph.D, was welcomed by the Rector of Universitas Bung Hatta along with the Vice Rector I for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Hendra Suherman, S.T., M.T, Vice Rector II for General Affairs and Finance Prof. Dr. Elfiondri, S.S., M.Hum, Vice Rector III for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation Dr. Hidayat, S.T., M.T., IPM, as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Dr. Erni Febrina Harahap, SE.,M.Si with the FEB structural staff and the Head of Cooperation UBH, Temmy Thamrin, S.S., M.Hum., Ph.D.

In a friendly atmosphere, both parties discussed the strengthening and execution of the cooperation, particularly in the aspects of enhancing human resources quality, research, and other academic activities.

The UBH Rector emphasized the importance of synergy and collaboration between higher education institutions. According to her, this cooperation is crucial for improving the quality of graduates and the overall quality of education.
